Disa Machine Pattern

Disa  Pattern is used in Disamatic Molding machine. Two number pattern is used in Production. One name is PP Pattern and other name is SP pattern. Disa Chamber is closed by these two pattern and thereafter sand shooting  and compression is done to make Sand cake.

Disa molding have produce one mold in just  5 to 10 seconds. It  more production capacity  for mold compare to any other molding machine.
